  • Partner with the sales team to develop customized marketing packages and creative content ideas that align with brand partners’ objectives and College Sports Company’s offerings.
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials that showcase innovative sponsorship opportunities, leveraging college sports platforms and audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand partner expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal content teams (e.g., video, digital, social media) to oversee the production and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, providing regular updates to brand partners and internal stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, content, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign development and execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with brand partners, serving as a key point of contact to address needs, resolve issues, and ensure campaign success.
  • Work with the Vice President of Content and Production to align marketing campaigns of brand clients with College Sports Company’s broader content strategy and brand vision.
  • Stay informed on trends in sports marketing, digital media, and college sports to propose innovative campaign ideas that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and enhance partner satisfaction.

qualifictions

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, sports marketing, or brand partnerships
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, ideally in sports or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of the college sports industry and its audience, with experience working with brands to create sponsorship-driven campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing
